Starting Your Whole30 Journey
Introduction
Have you tried different diet or meal plans only to get frustrated and give up? Do you long to feel better in your skin or not wake up and already feel tired or achy?
I was the latter one. I didn’t diet, but I sure knew I didn’t feel good physically or mentally about myself and I hadn’t felt good in a long time.
I told myself I was too busy to diet. I was making excuses, but I also realize now I wasn’t mentally ready to commit. This is a safe space, remember. So if that’s you or something similar, give yourself some grace.
You’re reading this now so you must be at least somewhat interested in eating more healthy.
I’d heard of Whole30 from friends, but all I knew was that you couldn’t eat sugar for 30 days. That is true, yes, but there’s a bit more to it than that.
